1. Access to Analog PSTN, IP phones for user terminals
The system consists of 1 OM20IP-PBX and 20 NRP series IP phones.
OM20G with 2 FXS ports for FAX connection and 2 FXO ports for analog PSTN connection

2.Analog outside line access with analog extensions
The system consists of an OM20G IP-PBX and an MX series VoIP gateway for the expansion of the analog interface.
TheOM20G IP PBX provides 2 FXO ports for analog outside lines and 2 FXS ports for analog phones and faxes.
When the number of FXO and FXS ports in the OM20G is not enough to cope with the number of analog number and analogue extensions. the MX VoIP gateway can meet the demand for expanding the FXO and FXS ports (e.g.the MX8A can be expanded with 8 analog interfaces, the MX60E can be expanded with 48 analog interfaces)
3. IP outside line access with IP Phones for extensions
The whole system consists of 1 OM20G IP-PBX and 20 NRP series IP Phones.
2 FXS ports are provided on the OM20G to connect to FAX machines.
The OM20G IP PBX uplink can either be connected to the enterprise PBX to register to the operator IMS via Internet orVPN, or connected to the IMS dedicated port on the operator ONU
4. External IP access with analog extensions
The OM20G IP PBX uplink connection to the operator's voice over IP platform is similar to the previous scenario, with the difference that an MX8A or MX60E voice gateway is used to extend the analog user extensions. The OM20G IP PBX comes with 2 FXS ports, which are usually used to connect to fax machines or analogue phones.
5. Simultaneous access to analog external line and IP external line
This scenario is very common for existing customers who want to retain their analog line number and enjoy the benefits ofIP extensions, the OM20G with analog interface provides an easy solution for this scenario.
6. One number with multi-extension(NewLync App)
The NewLync App is a soft-phone that connects to the OM20G IP-PBX via a 4G or WiFi network, and each extension number on the OM20G IP PBX can be configured on 1 IP phone or analog phone and 1 NewLync account, enabling mobile extensions.
7.Simple call center with NewLync PC Client
The NewLync PC is installed on the employee's computer and interoperates with the NewLync server via the network and integrates with the OM20G IP PBX voice function.
Every employee with an extension can switch on NewLync PC to enable incoming call pop-ups, click-to-dial, customer management, call management, recording management, etc.
8.Recording agent, the recording management software
It provides a graphical interface for centralized collection, listening and management of call records and recordings from a single or multiple OM devices.
